A Del Norte High School graduate, Lt. Prudencio has been an Albuquerque police officer for 16 years. Before taking over the department's property crimes division, Lt. Prudencio was in charge of APD's burglary unit. Before joining APD, Lt. Prudencio spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He says he treats every property crime victim “as if they were my parents.”
